Data collected

Through the contact form we collect first name, last name, email, company, sector of interest, the content of the message and any attached files (technical drawings, documents). The same applies to data you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used solely to respond to information or quotation requests and to manage the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is not passed on to third parties or used for marketing without specific consent.

Confidentiality of drawings

Drawings and technical documents received are treated confidentially and shared only with the production partners involved in evaluating or manufacturing the supply. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request.

Technical service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also handles contact form submissions and may record data such as IP addresses in technical logs for security purposes. Netlify is based in the United States: data transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Email is managed through Google Workspace.

Visitor statistics

To understand in aggregate how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we use GoatCounter, an analytics service that uses no cookies, does not track visitors across sites and does not collect personally identifiable data.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies. Fonts are served directly from the site, without connections to external services.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax). Where no business relationship follows, requests are deleted within 24 months of the last contact.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to gatti@gts-forniture.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
